Voice Mail

I have received a voice mail in Microsoft outlook, not only did I not know you could receive such things I have no idea who it is from, I can't open it - not the right software I am told - and also do I want to open it? could it be some sort of virus etc. Anyone any ideas?

I've been getting those too... they are spam at the best and clicking on the attachment could download a virus or other malware at the worst. Don't touch them and delete instantly.

I DO receive voice mail recordings from my Magic Jack, but since these are not from Magic Jack, I got rid of them and blocked them at the server.
