dark parables jack and the sky kingdom

Jack and the sky kingdom keeps crashing on XP when I launch it. Will try this on Windows 8 and see if it does the same thing. Is there a patch? Also Dream hills keeps crashing to desktop and sending me back to sending me back to the beginning when I get back on so iI lose all the progress I have made. Is there also another patch to fix this game too? I would appreciate any help.

If you got Dark Parables and Dream Hills from Big Fish, then any updates would be incorporated into the download already were you to download them now. If you did get these games from Big Fish, I would suggest writing to Customer Support.

If you didn't get them from Big Fish, I would try seeing how they play on your Windows 8 computer - if they are still giving you problems, maybe someone here can suggest a few things to try.
