This is one solve I found on the alien ware support site.. There are many others where they refer to the HDMI port to get windows 10 to load..
"I have solved this issue.
Hi, I had the same issue with my X51 R2 with a GTX 750 in it.
It seems there's a mixup with the Nvidia card and the on-board Intel 4600 graphics.
I had a spare monitor and plugged in the Intel HDMI port and behold, Windows 10 was there with the rest of the setup procedure waiting for me! So Windows 10 had switched to the integrated Intel card even though I had a GTX card.
Maybe just switching your monitor cable to the Intel might be sufficient or usage of a second monitor is preferred.
Anyway, once on the desktop, it was a matter of reassigning displays 1 and 2 correctly, setting number 2 (Nvidia) as the main and only display, effectively disabling number 1 (Intel)."
Drac ... No one said to buy a new monitor I chose to get it... Now there is an issue with Alienware graphic cards and monitors.
Read down about the HDMI connect.
