I downloaded this awful KNCTR by mistake and it has taken over my computer. I try to uninstall it but it says it is still running and to close all aspects of it and try again. Has anyone else experienced this and if so please tell me how to get rid of it. I am running windows 10 and do not know how to restore it to an earlier time as I often did with windows XP and 8.1.

Thanks for the help I tried both ways and the control panel method worked. That was driving me mad.
