Do you have an Epson printer?

There is also rogue software called Driver Update. A friend recently downloaded it and it caused quite a lot of havoc for her. However, if that's it, it seems odd it would be in that location. She was able to just uninstall it normally. A scan with Malwarebytes also picked it up for her.
Hopefully, it is a part of your Epson printer software as Jenny suggests.
