Connecting Steam & Gog Question.

Hi.

If I re-installed Steam and connected my account there to my account at GOG, would I be able to transfer a couple of games from Steam to GOG and then uninstall Steam again - leaving those transferred games downloadable from GOG only ??

Or is that as "too good to be true" as it sounds ??

I think only some games are eligible.

That's true that only some games are eligible. GOG is adding to that list from time to time.

Among those that are, once you transfer them to your GOG account, you don't need Steam anymore.

Guess I might just do it at some time then, if any of the games I want to transfer ever make it to the list
