I am sorry I did not notice the games earlier but Yesterday and The Next Big Thing are on the list of games that cannot be traded here. See stickied thread here.

Are these a version that did not require activation?

Sorry Ana never knew that, These games I have, dont need an activation code. Bought Yesterday from Amazon and NBT from local supermarket.

Let me research and I'll get back to you. I was told they have limited activations.

EDIT: It may not be a code you need to enter but it has limited installations. They cannot be traded.

Thanks Ana I have just checked NBT and Testament of Sherlock Holmes and they both have an activation code, NBT on the manual and Sherlock on the case.I thought that is normal both games are by Focus

No they cannot be sold. They have limited activations so someone would end up not being able to play if they are traded or sold.
They are licensed to you only.

Thanks Ana I will have to look out for that. I thought having an activation code was the sign of a good game that no one could copy. Silly me LOL
