Does anyone out there have the Second of the above game that they would
Wish to sell or trade? also does anyone know if a second game of Culpa Innata
Was made.If so from where could I purchase this 2nd game.The first game sort
Of left to wondering,what happened after chief morrison sent her to a new
Assignment.

There was a sequel planned for Culpa Innata but unfortunately it was canceled.

I don't believe that Memento Mori 2 is available as anything other than a digital download - someone can correct me if I am wrong. You can download it from Steam.

There was a German version released on disc

There may have been an English version released in Europe or the UK because a Google search will find a NoCD (NoDVD) for an English version that uses ProtectDisc v10. But Memento Mori 2 was certainly not released in the US except as a download.
