Virginia Beach was lucky. Some high-tide flooding in certain areas, especially early yesterday morning on the Bay side. Lots of rain, but no sustained high winds - in fact, I think the gusts never got above 45 mph. I haven't heard of any serious injuries, deaths, or major damage. I wish the same could be said of everywhere.
