Sorry Pandora that's all I got. I know that seawater is salty and my creaky old brain came up with sodium and the knowledge ends there.

4. From poker chips. Blue is traditionally the highest value chip above red and white. Originally blue chip referred to high valued stocks. Eventually that morphed into stable stocks.
