The letters in each vertical column go into the proper slots directly below them, obviously not in the same order they appear, nor are all of the letters used. A dash (-) indicates the end of a word in the country-capital grid. When you've placed all the letters in their proper position you will be able to read the country followed by its capital from left to right.
