Each question gives you three clues. You have to put them together to make the one word answer. Have fun!

-1.Take Dorothy Gale's aunt - add a ruse - and finish with a hospital emergency room. Put them all together to find a person who hires and pays people to work in his or her business. 8 letters

-2.Take the result of basking in the sun - add a common term for an American soldier - and finish with the Scottish loch with a monster. This will give you a flavour that is zesty. 9

-3.Take a fish - add a lair - finish with an old word for a water meadow. The result will be a horticultural hobby, pastime or employment creating beautiful grounds. 9

-4.Take a piece of paper authorising entry - add a charged particle - finish with a word meaning having dined. The result will be applied to anyone hot-headed, impulsive and ardent. 10

-5.Take the opposite of in - add the Russian yes - finish with a word meaning to spread hay for drying. This will give you a term for something obsolete. 8

-6.Take a feeling for feeling poorly - add the surname of the leader of The Untouchables - finish with an abbreviated Estonia. Put them all together for a term for various ailments. 9

7.Take a word that means to produce musical sounds with the voice - add the 21st letter of the alphabet - finish with a Burmese gibbon. The result will be something that is unique and one of a kind. 8

8.Take a school grade - add the 9th letter of the alphabet - finish with an abbreviated California. Together, they'll give you music that is considered highbrow by many. 9

-9.Take an indefinite article - add a word meaning to heal or darn - finish with an obsolete spelling for meant. You'll wind up with an alteration or change to a document. 9

-10.Take a national food of Hawaii - add a male offspring - finish with a scrambled old French coin. This will give you a description for something harmful and toxic. 9
