This is a clear violation of the Migratory Bird Act in that the child in question is not, in point of fact a bird, nor in the least bit, migratory.

wow. Thanks!!! sorry for the delay in my reply. Work has been crazy busy. I will do my best to remember to judge this coming Sunday but it will likely be later in the day. I have to take my son back to college in the morning.
