OK - decision time.

A great picture and a wonderful set of answers, but in the end it boiled down to two. SpaceQuestFan had me in stitches with his totally left-field "one legged staring competition" and is a worthy runner-up, but the trophy is just snatched by the very clever and extremely funny gag from LadyKestrel:
