((6 * 7) - (2 * 3)) / (4 ^ 1) = 9
can be altered twice:
((6 * 7) - (2 * 3)) / (4 * 1) = 9
((6 * 7) - (2 * 3)) / (4 / 1) = 9
((6 * 7) - (2 * 3)) / (4 ^ 1) = 9
