When the road is icy and it becomes necessary to lower the speed limit.....

Time for a decision, and it was tough! All captions were very clever
and amusing. I have to admit, being in California, I let out an evil
laugh reading Gail's "Spring in Massachusetts" (my sympathies, Gail ).
But, in the end I chose BobH's "Speed Limit 25, temperature 35".
