Long before Newton's experiment with a prism, Spike discovered that doggie dribble would split white light into its component parts. However, his attempts to present his discovery to the Royal Society were unfortunately misconstrued as a frenzied request for more Doggy-Treets.

Spike preferred his Purina One to this low calorie Rainbow dog food. The new stuff just tastes like wallpaper.
