More word squares - might be the odd toughie or sneaky one included. Usual deal - I give you the clues (not in the correct order

), you solve the squares.

Anagram of the other clue that is an anagram of this

If you get the answers to clues #1 and #3, they can be arranged in two ways. One way leave two pretty well hopeless possibilities, the other way will give you three of the 4 letters requires for the anagrams. P.S. I think he's normally regarded as a minor prophet

-4. Outsider, Johnny-come-lately
Put together from various sources

… and now one for those who find the above far too easy. This one is not symmetrical - the across answers are different from the down answers, and (as you might have guessed) both sets of clues are mixed together.

Thanks, Lex. In the old days there used to be a pantechnicon (semi to our transatlantic cousins) full of presents - now if I'm lucky I'll get a pair of socks. (If I'm unlucky I'll get two pairs)
