I am having trouble trying to figure out the second math problem in the game Voyage. It says you should add 1 to the left side and 2 to the right side. The right side always comes up with three bars and either three or four dots. If someone could please at least tell me what to put in the right side then maybe I can get figure out the left side. I've been messing with it all day and I have a headache. I would really appreciate some kind of info on this problem. I can't quit now.

Tell us what you see on the wall's left and right side. Also tell us what is on the floor.

On the left there is nothing. On the right is a box that takes level three key which I will get from Skurvy once I get him drunk. Then in the floor in front of box is one dot/then two dots in the next box. Hopefully that makes sense.

Left wall: one bar and 4 dots = 5 + 4 = 9
Right wall: 3 bars and 4 dots = 15 + 4 = 19

Floor (maybe right box): 3 dots and one bar = 3 + 5 = 8

Right box: 19 + 8 = 27 (carry the 20 to the left as 1) = 7
Left box: 9 + 1 (carried from right box) = 10

Enter on the wall:
left box = 2 bars for 10
right box = 1 bar and 2 dots for 7.

Okay those floor numbers you forgot to tell us change things.

Left wall: one bar and 4 dots = 5 + 4 = 9
Right wall: 3 bars and 4 dots = 15 + 4 = 19

Left Floor: 3 dots and one bar = 3 + 5 = 8
Right floor: 2 dots = 2

Right box: 19 + 2 = 21 (carry the 20 to the left as 1) = 1
Left box: 9 + 8 + 1 (carried from right box) = 18

Enter on the wall:
left box = 3 bars and 3 dots = 18
right box = 1 dot = 1

Sorry to keep bugging you but this is driving me nuts. On the floor there is only three dots. A line between 1 and 2. second and third dot are in the same square. It looks like this ./.. I have saved, left box one bar and 4 dots. Right box 3 bars and 4 dots.
