Chuck,

This is an action game. Let me move you to RPG-Action forum.
Let me check for saves and also some hints.

------------
I don't have a saved game here but check the video walkthrough at around 50 seconds in the movie.

See the arrow up-down click done rapidly - eventually the window opens. luck

Chuck you have to press the "W" key and left mouse button at the exact same time to open the window. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Just to add to this, for this puzzle you have to press the "W" key and move the mouse "forward" at the same time to raise the window.

You will find many places in the game where you will have to press the "E" key rapidly to build up your strength and then press a keyboard key and move the mouse at the same time to do something. You need to watch the screen carefully to see which key and direction.

Hope this helps. Dave

Chuck, Kaki is my sister Carolyn.
That's an excellent description Dave. I hope Chuck sees your post.
