I'm surprised Chicago could actually run speed traps as the traffic there is mostly at a standstill. All time worst taxi cab ride was in Chicago where the driver's colorful language out the open window, and hand gestures to other motorists and his inventive driving techniques (honestly, he passed cars by driving ON the sidewalk nearly avoiding mailboxes and pedestrians!) made me never want to be in a cab ever again!!!
