Hi-I know that I'm not the only problem wiht these issues, but in Samantha Swift and the fountains of fate, I cannot get the arrow puzzle in Greenland to work and have to skip it before I go on. Unfortunately, when I get to the beach in the Bahamas, when I try to get the last 2 silver leaves, however many times I click on them, I cannot pick them up, and that's the end of the game for me because I cannot go any farther. I have seen other posts in other places, about the fig leaves, which I cannot get to yet, about how some of them disappear before going to that puzzle. Is there any known patch or workaround to get past these issues? I bought it at Target as a 4 game bundle. The first 3 games work fine, but the last one, that's a different story.

I see some other folks on the Big Fish forum for this game describing the same problem that you are having. If you had bought the game from Big Fish, they would have been happy to troubleshoot the issue for you and/or give you a credit for a different game. I see, though, that this game is part of a game bundle you purchased from Target. I also don't see any new fixes/patches for the game either that are more recent than the update released in August 2010. I actually had a bad glitch with one of the earlier Samantha Swift games and was never able to complete the game.

I'm sorry I don't have any better news for you. The only workaround I saw suggested on Big Fish was to try exiting the game and then going back into it, to see if the glitch might correct itself that way.

The updated versions are available for the download but they will not work for the retail version. You will need to contact the developer or publisher to obtain an update.
