I had a hard time categorizing this game; I discovered that you do look for hidden objects but apparently in a somewhat unconventional way, and it sounds like the game has lots of adventure. The feedback on this game that I am reading is very positive.

It's from the same developer as Green Moon, an unusual adventure-lite game that a lot of people enjoyed.

Let's wait and see what the consensus is as to how this game should be categorized - we can always change the categorization. smile

Just bought this quirky game. I don't what to say it is like. A little of Wandering Willows or Animal Crossing where you go from place to place to help get things. Very quirky characters, and LOTS of inventory! Looks like a very large place to travel around, in fact in 45 minutes, got turned around several times! Not sure about the "adult" themes part of it, did find a little "bathroom" humor. All in all, I am looking forward to some great fun with this one!

I couldn't stand five minutes of Green Moon. Think I'll pass on this one.

So far it doesn't seem like Green Moon at all, but I haven't played much of the game yet. wave

Hm. I recall enjoying Green Moon. But I'm not sure about this one. I like that it's different in so many ways. But I found myself getting frustrated after just playing 20 mins. of the demo because I found it difficult to keep track of where I was, even with the map. Lot of things to remember too as far as acquiring and using inventory items. Would really enjoy something light-hearted for a change and I have a punch card coupon code to use. Need to think about it a bit.

this is a really goofy game, and I love it

it makes me smile - and sometimes laugh out loud

the passengers on the train are hilarious

it's not easy though - I've come to a place where I can't proceed because everyone at each place I visit is wearing the gas masks

It's where you have discovered "poo". Go to any water i.e. the beach with the guy standing there in the water, or the puddle from the fire hydrant, or a house on the right side of the map has a hose running in the yard. Might be other places too. From what I have discovered, as long as you are "dirty", no one wants to have any dealings with you. Once "clean", you are free to play again, until of course you step in it again. Hope that helps! grin

It is interesting Ana, very different. It's kept me busy the last couple of evenings for hours. (I know I should be doing other things, tee-hee!) I am nearing the end, got a couple of items I can't figure out where to place and should be done. It's one of those games that you really can't bear to quit because you keep finding things to use somewhere else.

Koalanut

ps... I have 122 tasks so far, so PLENTY to do!

Finished the demo last evening, and it is such a fun and "quirky" game - a very pleasant change to all the "spooky" games (which I also love, by the way!)

I'm so loving this game - finished it, but without finding all the stuff

Finishing means you've acquired enough money to buy a plane ticket - the ending is very quirky

Anyway, I'm going back again to try for other things - I've looked and looked, without finding any mistletoe - hints say it's in the park, but where's the park? and which park?

Have you found mistletoe? If so, please tell me where

thanks
Janice

I'm reading on the Big Fish forums that there is a park
Click to reveal..
by the train station, with more than one entrance (triangular shaped).

Maybe that is where the mistletoe is? wave

Found the mistletoe - wouldn't you know it, happens so often. As soon as I ask, I find it.

It's in the park that has a big blue sign that says PARK. I don't think it's the one mentioned in the forum ( doesn't have two entrances). There are dozens of green and wooded areas that look like parks, but only this one has the sign.

Now I'm looking for a special coin to trade with the antique dealer for the resin. Do you know where that one is?

I can't find my way into the forum unless it happens to be the current BF game
