Hi,

Anyone who played the English version of BM3 had to skip the Miss Valley's seminar work puzzle, in which you have to underline three words in a notebook.
Due to a bug the game doesn't recognize one of the correct words, so the puzzle has to be skipped.

I contacted Viva-Media and they sent me a patch to try, and, after I told them it worked, they said they would post it officially on their website, but they never did.

So, I decided to spread it myself

I don't have virtual space to store it permanently, so I uploaded it to SendSpace, which means that it'll be deleted at some point. If that's the case, just PM me...
For the moment you can get it here.

To apply the patch, replace the file loca_english.xml found in the folder "loca".

Well I downloaded it but is just a text file.

EDIT... Never mind. I guess it's suppose to be that way.

Well, it's an XML file, which is indeed a type of a text file, but it'll still fix the problem, as the bug was in that specific file

Because it's just a text file, you can even fix the bug manually, without using the patch, by opening the original file in Notepad and searching for 'sector@l3', then replacing it with 'sector@I3' (without the quotes). The reason this bug exists is simply because someone had a typo and replaced 'I' with 'l'...
