Hi everyone,

I just got Ceville for my laptop and I love it! However, my characters don't walk when I want them to. I can click wherever I want, but they just don't respond...

Now I'm stuck, since I have to get Lilly to walk towards the gate to get the poster and glue, but she simply stays in the town square. She did already tell Ceville to stay there after a million clicks, but she doesn't go further.

I also installed the patch, but that didn't help. On the German forum of Ceville this is also discussed and the creators also responded that it was a problem with the video card, but after someone came with the latest video card and the same problem, they just stopped responding...

Anyone here know what I should do? I would really like to finish the game

Edit: Just noticed you used the patch.

Try clicking an active spot by the gate, like the poster or one of the guards. See if that gets her to walk.

Those spots aren't active yet because I'm too far away... The only active spots I have are the horse and the warehouse.

If I click on them anyway nothing happens...

Did you install the patch before playing the game ? Have you tried the game without the patch ? Are you right clicking and left clicking on things ?

I installed the patch after playing the game, because I only found out about it after I went looking because I had this problem. I'm clicking right and left and still nothing

I'm going to try a different computer tonight, maybe it is a graphic card problem after all...

Sometimes patches don't work unless you start a new game.
I don't know if this one is like that or not.
