INSIDE THE TEMPLE

You need to find a way to overcome Colonel Kordsmeier's constant surveillance. Look in the boxes next to the adjacent room to find a socket cam. Climb up the ladder to get to the catwalk above. Go to the near left corner and examine the doormat to get a roll of duct tape.

Note that you have limited time on the catwalk and getting the duct tape must be done as quickly as possible. Getting Brian to turn round the right corner is a bit finicky, and the graphic below illustrates where you should 'click' after moving him to the end of the right catwalk.

Attach the socket cam to the surveillance camera (you must have the duct tape) to allow complete freedom of movement in the room.
 
Leave the room through the exit on the right. Inside the small room you overhear some guys talking about being given numbers for names. Remember this for later in the game.
 
 
 

OUTSIDE THE TEMPLE

After talking to him, soldier O'Connor gives you an envelope from Lokelani. Look at the envelope (in your inventory) to get the ring she took from Professor Pignon.
 
 
 

INSIDE THE TEMPLE

Return inside and use the ring to open the briefcase on the table in the centre of the room. You find a pair of sunglasses, catalyzing glove, neuralizer and an access card in the briefcase.
 
 
 

OUTSIDE THE TEMPLE

Go back to soldier O'Connor and talk to him. After the conversation you realize that your cover has been blown, so try 'brainwashing' him with the neuralizer. Although the neuralizer doesn't work, you get three marbles that fall out of it.
 
 
 

INSIDE THE TEMPLE

Return inside and enter the adjacent room on the left. Insert the card (from the briefcase) in the slot in the centre of the large glass cube to dissolve the cube. Put the three marbles into the three holes in the bowling, then touch the bowling ball with the catalyzing glove to open two black holes.
 
Return into the main room and use the computer on the table in the centre of the room to research Professor Simon's notes. You learn how the black holes work and sketch an Amoeba chart.
 
You must again dissolve the cube in the same way as before. When you touch the bowling ball with the catalyzing glove you're given a choice of destinations. Select 'Alaula Cove, Mala Island' as your destination to get transported there. After a brief conversation with Joshua, you return.
 
Repeat the process, and this time you find Joshua preparing for some dental surgery to remove the paddle stuck in the lemur's teeth.
 
You need to wait a bit before going through the black hole the third time. If you haven't already done so, rummage through the items on the table next to the exit on the right (in the main room) and take an ultra-strong bag.
 
Now again repeat the entire process to go through the black hole to Aluala Cove. Ask Joshua about the dentistry work he did on the lemur and he gives you the probes.
 
Did you notice the controls (used to operate the motorized platform) near the far right corner on the catwalk? Put your lock-picking skills to work by using the probes on the controls. After getting to the top, go through the mouth of the statue.
 
 
 

INSIDE THE STATUE

Examine the adventurer crushed by the rock closely. Pick up the whip in his hand and look inside the leather bag (next to his legs) to get the bottle of Stenchazol. Also note that there's a large spider under the hat on the rock.
 
Cross the gallery and look through the opening in the wall. You hear Colonel Kordsmeier talk about his evil plan and find out about Gina sinking to the bottom of the lake. Look at the crate on the floor below the terrarium, noting the gloves in it. You again hear the guys with numbers as names talking below. You learn that the tarantulas love vile smelling food and one of them, Adelina, is missing.
 
You need to create a diversion in order to get a glove out of the crate. Return to the mouth entrance and get the spider (Adelina) under the hat using the ultra-strong bag.
 
When you try throwing Adelina (spider in the bag) through the opening, Brian is worried that it might head straight for the terrarium. The guys using numbers for names are a clue as to what to do.
 
 
 

INSIDE THE TEMPLE

Leave the statue and go down to the main room by lowering the platform. Go through the exit on the right to the small room. Try leaving the bottle of Stenchazol as close as possible to the Tiki Temple (middle door) but you can't open it. Use the probes to open the bottle of Stenchazol and then do it.
 
 
 

INSIDE THE STATUE

Go back to the opening in the wall and throw Adelina through the opening. This triggers a cut scene in which you get the glove, but Colonel Kordsmeier arrives and tells Tarantula about you. Watch as Tarantula jumps over the stone block and you see her dropping her walkie-talkie. Climb through the opening to take the walkie-talkie. Go to the mouth, but Colonel Kordsmeier and Tarantula are in the room below and prevent you from escaping.
 
Use the whip on the broken earring on the left of the statue to trigger the escape cut scene.
