Ultima 7 Part 2: The Serpent Isle - Cheats
Run the game as "serpent pass" for the cheat mode, and the full debug mode.
There are 3 basic cheat commands:
KEYS EFFECT
F1 Cheat Help
F2 Starts an Cheat Menu/editor. There is some neat stuff in there,
including an item creator. (see below for items list)
F3 Brings up the teleport map. It gives your exact current location
(even if you're underground). You can click anywhere to teleport
there.
F4 Single step modus
F5 Spell casting mode. (it will ask you what spell you want to cast.)
Valid spell numbers are 0 to 71, and they're in the order listed in
your spellbook. (See below for spell list)
F6 Swordfighting cheat
F7 Traces
F8 Read all books and signs
F9 Target report
F10 Path find test (You know !)
ALT+1 Sound-Fx
ALT+2 Show animation counter
ALT+3 Show animations
ALT+4 Drop Items
ALT+5 Hear sounds (some versions)
ALT+6 Select background music
ALT+7 ???
ALT+8 Frame limiting toggle
From within the Cheat Menu/editor, there several options regarding NPCs:

Remember that using the cheats may cause you to not finish the game due to
doing things in the wrong sequence, or missing flag points!
