In Carl's office I am trying to get the key from behind the bird picture, but for some reason I cannot get it. I must have missed something. Any ideas would be a help.

Did you read through the Raid book on the opposite side of the room. I don't know for absolute sure, but I think that's the trigger for being able to take the key.

If that doesn't help, let me know and I'll see if I can think of something else that may help
