There are no game controls that I can find anywhere on the screen.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Hi Darrall,

Do you see a cursor? If so - that will move you right and left. This game uses panning.
There are 2 types of cursors: one for moving and one for inventory.
Also you can use the arrows on your keyboard.

There is a manual here that you can read.
