Therein lies your problem. At Mystery Manor I posted a link to a different walkthrough - maybe that one will help you find the access card???
As Marian asked, have you done these things?
Find the elevator, and go to "8". Find Miller. He needs you to drop the
camera in the chute, and get Claire's report (he's too scared himself). Go to
your own desk (it's the one Miller isn't using). Listen to your message on
your phone, then take the present and the security card. Walk outside the
room, and drop the camera in the chute. Then take the elevator "B2".
Check the card in your inventory. On the back you'll see the word "Vodka".
Look at the panel, and use the card on it. Then type the word "Vodka" by using
the buttons on the panel. It's "86352" if you can't figure it out.
