My nephew brought me a reusable shopping bags with rules of what not to do in Singapore and the associated fines. He lives there. It's interesting what we may not think twice about, is very bad in other countries.

Thanks, Donald!

Oh yes. Especially the one about not cleaning your plate in China. Got a lesson in that when I was about 14. Went on a Taiwanese ship with my family. They served us plates of Chu-Tsu (potstickers to us US guys). We kept eating and eating and each time our plate was empty , they piled on more. Finally one of the fluent English speakers whispered in my Dad's ear, "Leave some on your plate or they will assume you are still hungry". That did the trick. We left well stuffed and learned a cultural lesson.

Do we have any Do's and Don'ts in the US????

WARNING! This person is extremely blonde...please type SLOWLY.

Hah, it's a good thing I don't travel. lol
But this kind of information should be forced on you when you do travel. At least things that be offensive.
Here in Sweden, we don't talk about how much we earn either. Also, we usually don't talk about religion or politics. Of course with friends, but not otherwise. And we don't use shoes indoors. Do you do that?
