family, if you have 7 games that give you trouble, maybe you need to see if it's your computer. I've played an awful lot of BF games and very rarely had an issue. They may be thinking you are looking for free game codes if you write them all the time. Otherwise, I really don't know why they aren't answering because they are very responsive. Have you checked your spam folder?

family, that is a very unfair statement. You have no proof to make such a statement against them. They do not delete messages.

Comcast email was down all over the US yesterday. Please refrain from making inflammatory statements against Big Fish or anyone else without definitive proof. It is one thing for you to state a personal opinion about something and another to state something as fact.

okay thank you very much ana, you are right, i am offend you are saying i am scaming them Bluebeard's Castle: Son of the Heartless froze 6 or 8 times Bluebeard's Castle: Son of the Heartless is a more demanding game than most casual games, way more than the listed system requirements suggest. I had to run it on my desktop because it was extremely slow on my laptop, with 10 or 15 second delay after a click. I think it requires a faster processor -- faster than what is many laptops. It ran considerably better on the desktop even though the laptop is about the same age and has a discrete video card. and mortimer beckett and the lost king, and mortimer beckett and crimson thief se and ce i have to check window 7, and run as administrator. I've suggested running as Administrator to correct save problems numerous times in Glitches. It's nothing specific to those games you mentioned and may happen with adventure games as well as casual games. When a game doesn't want to save, running as Administrator is the first thing to try. If you need specific step-by-step instructions every time you run as Administrator, print out the instructions Big Fish sent you and keep them by your computer. That way you won't have to wait for a reply every time you have problems saving. You can either right-click the game shortcut and choose "Run As Administrator" every time you start the game, or you can edit the Compatibility tab in the game shortcut so the game automatically Runs the game as Administrator every time you run it.

family, I never once said or implied you were scamming. I said " They may be thinking you are looking for free game codes if you write them all the time". No where in there does it say that is what you doing.

sorry i took it the wronge way and the last 2 games are blood oath and Vampire Brides: Love Over Death, blood oath the picture is fuzzy, and i was never able to play vampire bride love over death, all i want is the coupon codes i am owed. Both of these issues would not have arisen had you tried the demo before buying. Since you appear to be having more issues than most, rather than just purchasing games and wanting refunds, you should be downloading the trial and playing and purchasing the game only if it is working perfectly.

On top of anything else, do Big Fish officially state anywhere that if a game you buy from them doesn't work on your computer they will give you a code replacement ?? If they don't, how can you say they " owe" you codes ?? Just because a game doesn't work well on your computer doesn't mean it won't work on everyone else's

Seems to me that if you have a problem with a game you bought at Sam's Club, you should take it back to Sam's Club. If it was not downloaded from Big Fish, I don't think it's really their problem. They aren't obligated to issue you a coupon code for a game you didn't download from their site. There's no way for them to know if the problem is with the game or with your computer.
