Hi, I havent been here for quite sometime. I am in the hospital trying to beat cancer. Anyway my kids brought me my old laptop that hasnt saved any of my passwords so I cant get into my email account to recover my sign in with big fish.I have a few credits to use cause the games still come from my bank account. I would like to use them.Can anyone here help me to recover the password? I know my sign in name.Thanks for any replies.

catsmom, you will first need to recover your password from your email provider so you can access your email and then you can have BigFish send you a new password.

Catsmom, can you not go to your email account and do a I forgot my password and reset you password to a new one... that way you could go to BF and do the same thing... For someone here to try and do that they would send you the email so that won't work??

no winfrey,yahoo wants to send me a code to my old cell phone to reset password. I dont have that number or phone anymore.I cant cancel big fish account and make a new one cause ineed to sign in. wish i could just call them or email them but you have to be signed in to do anything.now i know to never use keep signed in or save password on any computer. what a position I am in now.

catsmom, can't your daughter sign into your home computer and log in to BigFish and Yahoo and change the passwords and phone info etc?
