What's happening with Big Fish - I completed my punch card days ago with the last purchase off the weekly special Redemption Cemetery Island of Lost Souls and never got my free game code - where I usually get within mins., instead they send info to do with buying tomorrow games today so I send them again.

P.S I already started a new Punch card in the mean time.

Also I posted here as Big Fish support seem to be ignoring me.

I haven't had any trouble receiving my punch card free game codes.

I also haven't had any trouble getting a response from Customer Support, although a couple times it took 3 to 4 days to hear back from them. I would try writing again if you don't get a response after a reasonable period of time - I am sure they would be happy to give you a free game code for your problem.

Sorry too bother you but I email them this morning and I still haven't got my free game code, if they can't offer what they promise in the game club section regarding subscribing to them, then at least they could get back too with an apology and explanation to do with weekly specials not tomorrow game today.

The only replies I get is from felix.

Plz note that I completed my punch card on the 03/06/10 Australian date (5 days ago).

I don't know why you aren't hearing back from them. When you get the initial automated reply to your help request, make sure that you respond to that email, as a non-reply signifies that your issue is resolved.

I have written to them several times this year and they have always replied to me. I realize that does not help you, though!

I would check your internet provider. Many times they block email addresses as spam from delivering mail if the sender has a high volume of emails. You won't be able to see it. Call them and ask if they are blocking it.

Marian I have been replying too the automated emails and still no response from them also nothing in spam but thxs Ana.

Going now to try again. Crossing fingers this time.

It will not appear in your spam folder. They block it before it goes through. I know this, it has happened to me. Ask your IP if they blacklisted BigFish.

Ah yes I had that problem on King Island when I tried to access GameBoomers on my father n' laws comp.

Update: I finally received a email from Julia at Big Fish this morning and my free game code, she advised me that I had 5 uncollected punches last so this month even I started a new one and completed it, the last month punches hadn't cleared off their system which is strange since I never had this issue before.Uhm


Any way she was very helpful and all is good now - thanks Ana and Marian for help on this matter very much appreciated.:)
