I am replaying The Omega Stone after about 15 years, and it has not got any easier. Chicken Itza was an absolute pain but I managed it in the end, but the underground trekking almost drove me up the wall.
Now, however, the Stonehenge section is proving problematical in that I cannot see the letter or the key that Gil was supposed to leave in the vehicle.

I tried going to another part of the world and then returning to Hump in the RV but the information remains hidden.

Any help would be gratefully received.

The walkthrough says this about Stonehenge:

Quote:
Recreational Vehicle: While still sitting at the passenger seat, turn to the right and read the 2 letters that should be on the shelf or armrest. If the letters are not there, go to some other part of the world and then come back.

Hint: If you have already exhausted all possible clues in a certain area - go to another part of the globe and then come back. New clues might surface - like the appearance of the letters here.

Have you tried going to another part of the globe and then coming back?

Yes. I went to Devils Triangle and then went to Giza Plateau but neither was successful.

Sorry, I wasn't sure if going to another part of the world and going to another part of the globe were the same thing in this game.

Looking at the walkthrough, it's unclear to me what you need to do.

Hopefully another player of this game will be able to help you out.

Made it!

I had to go to 3 different locations. Can't work out how the software did not work the first time, but the fact that the W/T indicated the problem could occur shows that the glitch was obviously not fixed when the game was originally released.

Serves me right for playing with the multi-CDs and then not loading all 4 at the start.

Good for you for figuring it out. Cheers, and good luck with the rest of the game. smile
