I'm looking for a cook book that only has recipes for the mini (3 qt). I've tried adapting recipes for the 6 qt with mixed success. I did look on Amazon where there are several with high ratings however the reviews are a bit suspect. If anyone has first hand knowledge please let me know. Or if you can provide a link to a recipe site or blogger you have tried and can recommend that would be great.

I don't know about any specific for the mini, but cutting in half the recipe sounds right. Also, I use lots of Insta pot recipes and I never really use their measurements. I just adjust to how I normally cook without a recipe and increase or decrease accordingly with my taste. I rarely find a recipe that is perfect.

Some of my my favorite recipes are Braised Beef, Pot Roast, Beef Stew, and Korean beef.

There are tons of 3-quart recipes on Pinterest here.

Thanks. I never thought about trying Pinterest. Taste of Home have several recipes too but not for the mini.
