Thanks for your review... doesn't sound like my kind of game

Thank you flotsam and Jenny. I don't know if I like that "top down" look but I may look further at this. Maybe I can learn something about myself. Some of this hits home.

THank you flotsam! I really can't play serious games or watch movies like that, they aren't good for my well being, but, I am impressed that the game was able to come across as deeply as you say. That is pretty awesome.

Thanks, Jenny!

Thank you Flotsam, for a good review, and for bringing this game to our attention.

Different games are always interesting. It's kind of gutsy to make a game like this (complicated subject matter and certainly not commercial).

I checked out the website and was surprised to see that this is a Swedish game!

I'm not a fan of the "top down" view either, but it seems like it fits this particular theme. The game looks skilfully constructed and based on some serious research (and/or personal experiences?)

I don't understand why the protagonist looks like an oversized robot made of lego though.

Gutsy is right Mikael. And go the Swedes!
It is really very good, albeit confronting. And the way the choices work is very impressive.
Re the character, as indicated I took it to be a reflection of the black dog that is depression, but also a desire not to imbue it/him/her with any defining characteristics whatsoever. This can affect anyone, and the black block doesn't allow the depiction to detract from that.
Or so I thought think

Thanks flotsam (and Jenny100) smile

Although not the subject matter I, personally, would look for in a "game" ....
