I bought the CE and have been enjoying it! Turned out to be quite a decent game ~ and long, besides. It is based on the usual Save-the-World theme, and it has the familiar HOA format of everything you find being broken or missing something and you have to fix all this before you can go on. It brought to this trope some interesting twists on Inventory use. This McGyver-esque twist had me confused as well as laughing at times. There are lots of quirky mini-games, too, (most of which are very easy, but there were a couple of pesky novelties that I never had encountered before and I loved that). And it has three different bunches of Collectibles to pick up along the way, of course, but you don't have to do any collecting to enjoy the game. I've been playing it off and on for several days, as I don't feel well enough to sit up for long stretches. I feel it was worth the CE price (on sale for half off). I'm glad I have the Bonus Game to look forward to when I've finished the game. I'm pretty sure I'll be marking it down to be Replayed at a later date.

Thanks so much for all of that information about the game, Reenie. I am sorry that you haven't been feeling well, but it's good that you were able to use this as a distraction. Anyone that complains that these HOPAs are getting shorter hasn't been playing games by Domini - the last few of theirs I have played were well beyond what I would consider to be the average length. I'm glad to hear you have been enjoying this one.

I've been having a spot of heart trouble that kicked off last October after coming down with a bad case of pneumonia. Two weeks in the hospital. I had never had pneumonia. Didn't know how bad it could be! Anyway, I'm OK now, just not "recovered." Time will heal. Thanks! Happy to hear you are recovering.
