Chapter 4. Outside the Castle...I have got to the part of the game where I need to pick up the 'Libra' seal from the drawer, I have moved the other items in the drawer aside, but I don't get the hand cursor to pick up the seal. If I try the hint button it circles the seal but I still can't pick it up. Have I missed something?

It sounds like it might be a glitch, unfortunately. I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, exiting and going back in, just in case this might reset something. If I find a solution to this problem, I will let you know. Otherwise, I would suggest writing to Big Fish Customer Support. Sorry about this.

Thanks for the info Marian, I've tried exiting the game and even restarting my computer but that has not reset anything.

I really don't want to uninstall and then restart the game from the beginning, then go this far in again, only to find out this is a glitch.

Thanks again for the info, at least it will stop me pulling my hair out in frustration, as I have been doing for the past few days....

You won't lose your save profile by uninstalling and reinstalling the game because the game saves outside of the game folder. I would not have suggested that otherwise. Chances are it won't fix your problem, but in some instances it seems to reset glitches. I will let you know if I see any solutions to this problem.

I did not know that the saved games were still available if I uninstalled the game and reinstalled,, thanks for that info....
