Good morning everyboomie! wave2

Welcome to the weekend! joy

This morning, with the rain going and nothing in particular to do, I decided to get on the treadmill and run. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't done any running in a month and a half. oops

I'm not ashamed that I didn't do it. I'm ashamed that I had to say it. razz

I've been focused on doing other exercise programs.

Did you know that the slower you run, the longer you have to feel the pain? blush

You know that phrase that fitness coaches are so fond of, "FEEL THE BURN!"? rolleyes

The burn is not pleasant! In fact, I'd go so far as to say that the absolute worst way to die is to burn alive. blech

Actually I ran for half the time, and then I crawled for the last half.

You wanna know something else? It's much harder, and more painful to crawl on a treadmill, let me tell you, and duck walking(?).......well........forget THAT !!! [Linked Image]

I have skid marks on my heals, my palms, AND my rump.

I started out running at 5mph, then after about 10 seconds I went to 4mph, and then for the last 5 minutes I went back to 5mph.

I have to keep up appearances. My neighbors mas look in my window. [Linked Image]

Have a happy day everyone.

joe

Joe, that's a great pace to run! Faster than me!

family, hope you find something fun to do!

Sadly, I had to put Shadow down yesterday. He is happily running with Merlin again. My heart is broken but happy he is at peace.

James is here for the weekend. We will take him ice skating today. yay

Have a great day all!

Joe, that sounds like an excellent strategy to me. lol

rotfl Great post, family.

It's Friday night, and I'm off to sleep. I got lucky today, as the store that had the reset never received the display that needed to be built. So, I got out of doing that project today, which is good, as this cold has been knocking me out all day. I only had two other stores to go to, and they were easy enough. Tomorrow, I'll probably rest most of the day. I'll try to play a game if I feel up to it. If not, I'll just pet cats. grin

Have a great Saturday, everyone. winter

EDIT: Ana, I'm so sorry to hear about Shadow. sad Having just lost Jupiter, I know how hard it is. Hope spending time with James will help. hearts
