Two campers are hiking in the woods when one is bitten on the rear end by a rattlesnake. “I’ll go into town for a doctor,” the other says. He runs ten miles to a small town and finds the only doctor delivering a baby.

A Republican and a Democrat were walking down the street when they came to a homeless person. The Republican gave him his business card and told him to stop by for a job. He then took $20 out of his pocket and handed it to him.

The Democrat was impressed, and when they came to another homeless person, he decided it was his turn to help. So he reached into the Republican’s pocket and gave the homeless man $50.

Normally around here I would welcome a cold rainy day where I can lay around and sleep or watch TV all day long, but I'm just tired of it.

It's Tuesday night, and I'm off to sleep. We're having another snowstorm here starting tomorrow morning. I'm lucky I arranged the closest store for myself tomorrow. If I hadn't been sick, it wouldn't have worked out that way. Ordinarily, I would have scheduled that store on Monday to get it over with, as the resets there are time consuming and much more physical than anything I had to do in the stores I ended up going to on Monday. So maybe it was oddly a good thing that I got sick when I did. That way, I barely have to drive in the snow, and while I'm not looking forward to the resets, at least I'm feeling up to them.

Okay, off to sleep.

Wow, sorry my post showed up twice last night! I came here this morning, as I was sure my post didn't go through at all. I had such a hard time getting anything to load and kept experiencing time outs.

Anyway, rushing off now to get ready to drive to work in a blizzard.
