I don't know if they'd even have one. I use a ziplock bag and cut a little tip off the corner.

You would find it in the baking supplies like flour, sugar, icing, etc. Most grocery stores also have a section of things like baking pans and other suppies for cooking. I'd look there.

Why did you have leftover shells if you followed the recipe which says it makes enough for four people? Did you cook the whole box? The recipe says to use 1/2 box.

Why did you cook the whole box when the recipe said to use 1/2 box? Rather than doubling the recipe, just use 1/2 box as the recipe says next time, unless you really want to make enough to feed 8 people.

it was in cooking class and the person misread the box, but 8 people should be okay when that happens again.
