i have both Cathy Mitchell dump dinners and dump cake cookbook this recipe calls for Provolone, can i use cheddar. i am also adding meat to it, can i add any meat.

I would stick to meats you like ... say sausage chicken or bacon

Sure you can use cheddar ... assuming you like cheddar that is

Why don’t you want to use provolone? I looked up some dump dinner pasta recipes and different recipes call for different cheeses. For that matter, just leave out the provolone if you don’t like it amd add a bit more of the other cheeses. Cheddar doesn’t melt as well as some of the others and your casserole may turn out a bit stickier. Up to you.
