After over 5000 'looks' and almost 300 responses, it's time for a new chapter in the Tenant Saga. Is there a PRIZE for the most responses or reads? I should surely win! I updated the old thread as to actually getting PAID rent on the 1st as it should have been. Tenant Dad came up with a wad of cash and apologized for no money order or check. OK by me. Cash is just great. So far things are going well. AS soon as I figure out why the SON has been sleeping there for the past 4 nights, things will be great. I'll give them a few more days and then inquire. Not sure what this means.

As far as the son goes, there are a million landlords who don't live near their buildings and can't watch the goings on and life goes on fine. Just a personal note, if it was me living there and you asked me why people were there or any other of my personal activities etc. I'd be extremely upset. It would 1000% creep me out if I knew someone was watching what I do. They seem like good people. Give them a chance to live quietly in the space they rented and unless the house is on fire or something is majorly out of order, I'd let them do their thing.

Gotta say, I agree with Ana. I know you got burned in a major way last time, but I still stay these seem like good hard working people with a large extended family and the rent coming in is the main thing. I would also be so creeped out by the spying.
