Imagine a 6x6 grid with the columns labellsd 1-6 (left -> right) and the rows also labelled 1-6 (top -> bottom). Just to make sure we’re all singing from the same hymn-sheet, this is what I am describing:
DOWN
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
1 | | | | | | |
2 | | | | | | |
ACROSS 3 | | | | | | |
4 | | | | | | |
5 | | | | | | |
6 | | | | | | |
Each of the small squares below contains either A, B, or C. Each row and column and each of the two long diagonals contains exactly two of each letter. All you have to do is populate the grid with the appropriate letters

5.(across) The As are further left than the Cs
6.(across) The Cs are between the As

2.(down) The As are between the Cs
