We have had some very cool, but sunny and nice days here for a couple of days.


Today I walked about 5 miles. I made two trips around the park with Missy, and then walked for an hour on my treadmill, and took Missy for another half mile walk around the neighborhood.


I kinda feel like a hamster .


I'm really hungry now, so I think I'll wish you all a super happy Saturday and go get me a bite to eat.
