I'm stuck!

Nina and Max have both been captured. Max was shot but is still alive (secretly). Nina is in a cell in restraints. She has no inventory. Max has a trash picker, vase w/cheese in it, spade, 2 sacks, camera, game girl, tv. The TV can be set down in 3 different places and left on or off or carried around. I have the antenna hooked up to it so soccer plays on it. Nina can call the guard and talk about why she is being held (the guard talks about soccer), her tight restraints, being cold, and food. I can't figure out what to do.

I have tried the tv in different places and I've tried the different conversations. Am I missing something? I thought I could do something as Max while Nina talks to the guard, but I cannot.

I need a push!

As far as I can tell from UHS-hints, you use the trash picker on the stove door.

I was able to just look at the subject lines to know what I was missing. I didn't even have to use the hints. Once I knew what I was missing, I was able to adjust my focus in the game and found what I needed to continue. Just finished.
