I finally tried a Demo for this game and am very charmed by it, but I must be dense or something because I am struggling just to navigate around in the game, even though I've bumbled around, solved a couple of puzzles, and collected a couple of Leaves (I assume that is the goal - collect them all?). I'm guessing that drop-down thing is my Inventory, and have earned and used a couple of items. However, I could not discover how to Exit the game when I was tired of playing, and had to do a CTRL+ALT+DEL to get to the Task Manager and shut down the game. Don't know if that means I will have to start over from the beginning when I go back.

This is my kind of "thinking" game but I could use a bit of a nudge. Not a WT, per se, but just "How to Get Started." I did Google around for some help but mostly found forums where people are playing and already seem to know what to do, where and how to do it. THX

There are some people here who have played both of the Leaves games and hopefully they will be able to help you out here and give you some advice.

I read elsewhere that clicking on the Escape key brings up a menu that offers hints - perhaps this is also how you exit the game?

Thanks, Marian. I will try that if and when I get back to the game. How odd that they would have no version of a Game Menu to let you find your way around.

I think the menu that offers hints is also the game menu - the hints are just part of what you access there.
