We had another super nice day here. It was great for walking the park with the dogs. We got up to the mid 60s.
Later I got on my treadmill and ran 5 miles.
It took me 70 minutes, but I figure that's not bad for 68,,,,,,and a bad foot.
So, if you don't see me here tomorrow, it's probably because I keeled over with a heart attack.
I did find out that Elvis's 'Good Luck Charm' has the perfect beat time for my running speed. 'American Pie' by Don McClean does too.
