Looks yummy! Except for the cayenne which is too much for me; no matter how tasty, it would set my mouth on fire scared! Ate at an Olive Garden once. Ordered a shrimp and noodle dinner that a marinara sauce that I didn't notice was labeled 'spicy'. Everything was good until the spices overwhelms that taste of the rest of the food. Stayed with me for 30 mins; ruined the enjoyment. Next time, I ordered it 'plain'; much better yes!

Life's a puzzle; one piece at a time.

Oh, yes to the spicy for me too! That really sounds good and I'd have a hard time waiting two weeks.

An entire tablespoon of cayenne sounds like an awful lot to me.
Most recipes I've seen with cayenne use only half a teaspoon or a quarter teaspoon or a "dash."

Actually Jenny, looking over the recipe, a tablespoon of all those spices seems hefty for 1 pound of meat. And I always at least double the amount of spices in a recipe!

It looks really good but I can't help but think the recipe has gotten teaspoon and tablespoon confused, if I were trying this for the first time, I would use a teaspoon of each to start and work up (or down) to the right amount for my taste each time I made it.

I agree, copper. Although I like spicy, a Tablespoon is a lot. A teaspoon is a more normal amount.

I agree.
The tablespoon of cayenne isn't the only problem.

When I looked at it again, the 1 Tbsp of black pepper and garlic powder jumped out at me too - especially for such a small amount of meat. And nearly a cup of cheese for just a small amount of meat? Not!

I'll agree that the Tbsp should probably be Tsp, though I often use more than a recipe says. I always go for double cheese though! I don't think the recipe calls for too much.
